WHAT WE BUILD

CHOOSE YOUR OUTDOOR SPACE

Whether you want a low-maintenance paver patio or a classic wood deck, we build every outdoor space to last through New Jersey’s seasons and look great doing it.

PAVER PATIO

PAVER PATIO INSTALLATION

Paver patios give you the beauty of natural stone with the durability of engineered concrete. Individual pavers allow for natural movement with freeze-thaw cycles — meaning fewer cracks than solid concrete — and any damaged paver can be replaced individually without tearing up the whole patio.

CONCRETE PATIO INSTALLATION

A well-built concrete patio is one of the most cost-effective outdoor investments you can make. We properly grade for drainage, use control joints to manage cracking, and offer stamped, broom-finished, or exposed aggregate finishes that look far better than basic gray slabs.

COMMON QUESTIONS

PATIO & DECK FAQ

Do I need a permit for a deck in NJ?

Yes — most NJ municipalities require a permit for any attached deck, and many require permits for detached decks over a certain size. We handle the permit process as part of every deck installation project.

Pavers are our top recommendation for NJ — individual pavers flex with freeze-thaw cycles instead of cracking like solid concrete. For decks, composite materials handle moisture and temperature swings better than wood long-term.

Yes. Demo and haul-away of existing structures is included in our quotes unless otherwise specified. We clear the site completely before building new.

How long does patio or deck installation take?

Most patios are completed in 2–4 days. Decks typically take 3–7 days depending on size and complexity. We give you a precise schedule in your written estimate.

Absolutely — combining a ground-level paver patio with an elevated deck is one of our most popular projects. We coordinate both structures so they flow together visually and structurally.

Trex, TimberTech, and Fiberon are all premium composite brands with 25+ year warranties. They differ slightly in surface texture, color range, and price point. We’ll walk you through the options and recommend the best fit for your budget.
